Developer Arada has completed the second and third phases of Masaar, a massive forested project located in the Suyoh district of Sharjah. After reaching 50% completion, all 986 homes in the Kaya and Robinia districts have started the handover process, making it one of the most exciting new master communities in the UAE.
Townhomes and villas in Kaya and Robinia range in size from two-bedroom townhouses to five-bedroom Forest Villas; all have smart home features and are situated close to Masaar’s iconic feature, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly “green spine” with 70,000 trees.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, said, “Masaar continues to capture the public imagination with its unique forest landscaping and nature-inspired design. With the community now half complete, we are redoubling our efforts to complete the entire masterplan by the end of 2026.”
Over a 19 million-square-foot master plan, Masaar consists of 3,000 villas and townhouses divided into six gated districts connected by a green spine. Work is currently being done on the final three phases of Masaar.
