Aldar Properties, a prominent real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, has announced a new partnership with Nikki Beach Global, a renowned luxury lifestyle hospitality company, to create a new beachfront residential community on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The collaboration will result in the development of three branded residential buildings, known as Nikki Beach Residences, situated within a larger beachfront community, Aldar said in an emailed statement on Wednesday.
Residential sales for these upscale properties are slated to begin later this year, marking Aldar’s inaugural residential venture in Ras Al Khaimah.
“Our partnership with Nikki Beach is key to developing an unparalleled residential offering in an emirate that is growing as an investment hub and tourism destination,” Jonathan Emery, Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Development said, adding Ras Al Khaimah is a “is growing as an investment hub and tourism destination.”
Aldar and Nikki Beach partner to redefine coastal living
Nikki Beach Global is renowned for its luxury and stylish, relaxed lifestyle experiences.
The new deal aims to redefine coastal living by merging Aldar’s well-designed living with Nikki Beach’s vibrancy and elegance.
The Nikki Beach Residences will be located between Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, both of which were acquired by Aldar in 2022.

The Nikki Beach Residences will offer fully furnished apartments with curated living spaces and expansive balconies overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The community will prioritise wellness, becoming the first wellness-focused community in Ras Al Khaimah to achieve the global FitWel healthy building certification, the statement said.
