Selling out 60 percent of Lakepoint Residence in J.L.T., which belongs to Distinguish Development ( Mr. Al Tayer).
Managing a number of R.D.K. developer projects in different parts of Dubai such as;
- Maisan Residence in Dubai Investment park;
It consists of 6 residential and commercial buildings with 864 apartments and 84 retail units, which we have successfully managed for the past ten years.
- Three Towers buildings in Barsha south;
It consists of 3 residential and commercial buildings with 450 apartments and 42 retail units. We were able to rent the entire building to the Emirates Airline crew for five years.
- Two Towers buildings in Barsha Heights;
It consists of two residential and commercial buildings with 282 apartments and 11 retails. We started selling these two buildings off-plan, and we are still managing the rental and resale of these two buildings.
