The upscale car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz and the UAE-based Binghatti Properties have joined hands to create a luxury residential tower – Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti – in Downtown Dubai.
In announcing the ground-breaking project, Binghatti Properties claimed that the 65-story structure, which soars to a majestic height of 341 meters, is an architectural marvel that completely transforms the Downtown skyline.
The new real estate icon will be constructed in the center of Downtown Dubai, with unhindered views of the Burj Khalifa and surrounded by some of the city’s most notable landmarks, such as the Dubai Mall.
According to a senior official, this partnership sets new standards in luxury design and living by fusing the worlds of real estate and automotive excellence, driven by a shared passion for iconic design and innovation.
“We are profoundly excited to be working alongside Mercedes-Benz – a truly iconic name – to develop the first Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence in the world. This is not merely a real-estate development; it will also place community and mobility at its core, setting a new benchmark for intelligent living,” said its CEO Muhammad BinGhatti.
For more than a year, Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz have been working out the specifics of this project. The primary goal during this time has been to develop a customer-centered strategy that prioritizes the needs of prospective residents.
The project’s architecture is inspired by Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy, which creates classic and exquisite spaces within a serene, pure oasis. Through the integration of intelligent mobility solutions and smart home technologies, Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai seeks to revolutionize modern living spaces in terms of comfort and convenience.

On January 24, there will be a launch event in Dubai to kick off the collaboration and reveal more project details officially.
